Resource Manager

The goal of the Resource Manager (“RM”) role is to perform resource capacity planning and assignment while ensuring that our staffing models accurately meet the demand of our clients’ requests and project delivery pipeline. The RM will work with the leadership of the teams they manage to ensure project assignments, staffing, and support of the team occurs in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project resourcing o Liaison with internal teams and the sales team for visibility of upcoming opportunities and project pipeline o Ensure signed projects have the appropriate teams assigned based on skills, availability, team and client culture, professional development goals o Track all upcoming resourcing needs and open roles o Maintain accurate forecasting on current resource allocations / bookings and upcoming allocations / bookings o Review team utilization, team resourcing requirements, project stage and grade o Provide input to the Talent Acquisition process for future hires

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or related field
  • In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in resource management in a similar industry.

Working Conditions

Work is performed primarily in an office or remote environment. The final location is subject to business need. May be subject to time constraints and tight deadlines. May require occasional travel.

Pay: $109,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
