What You’ll Do
We are currently looking to hire a Residential Program Coordinator for our Intensive Services program at our Mishawaka location.
Primary duties
- Will supervise and coordinate daily assignments and procedures for unit staff
- Development of new hires and program development for the child/adolescent direct care teams.
- Interacts directly with youth and families. The frequency varies with needs, availability of residents, and acuity level.
- Interacts frequently with therapists, physicians, and other employees involved in the case.
- Regular interaction with community resources, providers, coordinate services and referral sources such as: DCS, court, probation, schools, and health care providers.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred; OR
- Associates Degree with two years of experience working in a child caring institution; OR
- HS diploma or equivalent with four years of experience working in a child caring institution, and two years of experience in a leadership capacity required.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
