Hawaii Farm Project is seeking fun and passionate Team members.

The Reservations Specialist is responsible for taking reservations over the phone and via the internet while demonstrating outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

• Providing outstanding customer service when dealing with customers, agents, vendors, & co-workers.
• Explain tour descriptions and sell tours over the phone and via e-mail.
• Support all company policies and procedures
• Proven customer service skills over the telephone and a good telephone manner/voice.
• Taking reservations from outside passengers and directly from passengers via phone and e-mail and will also work with outside vendors for bookings.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Available weekdays from 8am-4pm
-Must be at least 18 yrs of age
-Must be friendly, reliable and a great communicator
-Reliable form of transportation to/from work (office is located in Lahaina, Maui)
