Tele RN - 12N - 36hrs Weekly
Cost Center: 40115-20140
Local Rate within 50 miles: $82.00
Ratio 1:5-6
Certs Required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
Skills Required: Telemetry
Minimum of 1 year experience required; Accepts 1st time travelers
Scrubs not provided: Color Caribbean Blue
Float Required; 6 weekend shifts per contract
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster - No Exemptions, Current Booster
