We are currently hiring for RN positions with the Resource Team/Float Pool. Resource Team nurses are broken down by service line (ICU, Med Surg, ED, Women's, Peds,. Behavioral Health, Rehab, and Home Health) and are required to float to 5 facilities within a certain Region. Locations include:

Region 1 - CMC, Mercy, Cabarrus, University City, Stanly

Region 2 - CMC, Mercy, Pineville, Union, Anson

Region 3 - CMC, Mercy, Cleveland, Lincoln, Kings Mountain

● All shifts & job types available

● Sign-on bonus program

○ Up to $20,000 for eligible full-time positions

○ Up to $7,500 for eligible part-time positions
