Job Brief
On-Call LPN or RN Toppenish, WA
YVFWC has a compulsory vaccination policy including the Covid-19 primary series, the organization does not mandate the Covid-19 booster although it is offered through our employee health department. Medical and religious exemptions to the primary series will be considered and for those approved, the employee should anticipate following appropriate guidance around masking and other protective equipment offered.
We are looking for an on-call LPN or RN to join our team in Toppenish.
What We Offer
- LPN pay $23-$28/hour DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.
- RN pay $37-$45/hour DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

What You’ll Do
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive continuity of care to a highly diverse patient population.
- Utilize your knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, and principles of practices to determine and assess the medical needs of patients.
- Deliver direct, compassionate, quality care to patients, and support providers during outpatient office procedures.
- Build relationships with patients and see the results of their improved health and the direct positive impact you’ve made in their lives.

What You'll Need
LPN
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- LPN license for the state of practice, or ability to obtain a license before starting work.
- CPR certification within 3 months of employment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 10 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay.
RN
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- RN license for the state of practice, or ability to obtain a license before starting work.
- CPR certification within 3 months of employment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 10 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay.
