We are a beautiful 163-bed skilled nursing facility looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! If you are looking for a self-fulfilling job in healthcare, then look no further. This program provides Nurses the opportunity to work only 12-hour shifts on the weekends and one during the week and as an incentive will get paid for 40 hours based on the Baylor shift accepted. The Baylor program offers a work schedule where Nurses would work two days over the weekend but get full-time pay and benefits. It's often a high-demand schedule for people who are going to school or who have young children, because it leaves their week free. We offer: Work two 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday and pick up a scheduled 12 hour shift during the work week and as an incentive get paid for 40. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients.


Responsibilities
:

  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese) speaking preferred
