In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.

To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

• 72 hours per 2-week pay period, night shift; 7p-7:30a, every other weekend, rotating holidays

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
