The position at Works of Wonder is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
We work primarily with kids on the Spectrum. This position entails increasing social skills, imaginative and functional toy play skills, increasing the motion of fine motor and gross motor skills, and much more.

To become a Nationally Certified Behavior Technician, you will have to have the following requirements:

• 18 years + old;

• 40-hour online training program
• In-person competency assessment;
• Passing the national exam.
• Works of wonder will provide the 40-hour training, competency assessment and cover the national exam fee.

We require hands-on observation for at least 2 full days before accepting the offer to see if you would like the position. You will not be paid for the four-week hands-on training. After training, the pay will start at $10.00 an hour. After passing the national exam, the pay will increase to $15.00 an hour. Over the course, there is potential for raises that will be discussed in the interview.'
