Job description
Growing Property Management Firm is seeking a Regional Property Manager for their expanding affordable housing apartment portfolio. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in property management with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in overseeing LIHTC, Section 8 and HUD apartments. Travel is required in the portfolio and candidates should be tax credit certified!

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
