Role/Coverage

Manage two functional teams in the DC Metro area (Hospitality and Residential)

What will I be doing

• Responsible for all people operations. Manage 3-4 supervisors.
• Review and confirm payroll each week.
• Your team is responsible for:

* Communication with hotel managers and escalations

* Coordinated property team with corporate admin team

* Recruiting (also supported from corporate)

* Scheduling for some hotel

* Employees Documentation/Policy

• Regular performance review meetings with your staff that drive accountability.
• Client and employee escalations
• Managing quality and efficiency
• Supply/equipment budgeting and ordering
• Scheduling for the supervisor and lead

Who you will manage

Hospitality:

• One supervisor who manages day to day operations across all hotels and also is responsible for managing hotel relationships.
• One supervisor focused on recruiting.

Residential:

• One supervisor who manages day to day scheduling, staffing and communications.

Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
