Responsibilities

Randstad is seeking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a busy medical office providing the following responisibilities in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

• Assisting with the referral process and authorizations
• Scheduling new patients and/or returning patient
• Assisting with medical records
• Must have 3+ years working in a medical office doing both front and back office duties
• Must have Epic experience
• Familiar working with all insurances
• Excellent both oral and written communications and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced medical specialty office
