Job description
We’re looking for a Recruiter who is driven to join our vibrant company to help support and manage our plans to grow quickly this year and beyond. We expect this person to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for ePayPolicy.
In this role, you will:
- Continue to build on existing tools, resources, and relationships defined by the People Operations function specific to recruitment of best in class talent.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the company.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Bring new and thoughtful approaches to recruiting talent in our competitive market.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or the Director of People Operations during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- A proactive and independent working style with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
- Strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Rolls up their sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, is flexible and open to change, and is able to productively work with the team to achieve company objectives

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
