The Challenge:

Are you passionate about partnering with hiring managers, recruiting teams, and leadership to build and sustain cybersecurity and engineering workforces in ever-changing environments? As a Staffing and Talent Acquisition Liaison on our team, you will use your strong communication skills and expertise in recruiting and staffing strategy to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and improve recruiting, hiring, sourcing, and demand planning practices during large-scale change.

You will work with talent teams, hiring managers, and leadership to forecast and plan for future talent needs to stay ahead of the game. You will be expected to operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. You will also be asked to serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition efforts.

You Have:

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing strategy, or workforce demand planning

• Experience working with hiring managers to identify current and upcoming talent needs

• Experience determining staffing strategy and next steps for staffing hard-to-fill roles

• Experience conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, identifying process gaps, designing new processes, or making recommendations for improvement

• Experience supporting cross-functional, dispersed organizations

• Experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

• Experience entering and maintaining data in low code, no code platforms or HRIS systems

• Knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and engineering recruiting

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in change management, strategic planning, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformation

• Experience working with cybersecurity, Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering teams

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master's degree

• Change Management, Human-Centered Design, or Project Management Certification

• Agile, DevOps, or Cybersecurity Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
