Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage 15-20 open requisitions
• Screen and schedule most qualified candidates with hiring manager
• Oversee interview questions and other recruitment processes
• Collaborate with numerous leadership teams
• Utilize Indeed & Paylocity platforms for recruiting
• Process full cycle recruiting for all hired candidates
• Gather feedback from conducting regular follow-up calls with hiring managers
• Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Skillset:

• 3 Years of recruiting experience ideal
• Automotive experience ideal
• Technologically Savvy
• Bachelors in Human Resources or SHRM certification is a plus
• Familiarity with laws, regulations regarding hiring and recruitment
• Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
