This pediatric dental office is looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. No weekends and a four day week! Monday through Thursday! No Fridays to have more time to spend with your family working in a nice, friendly environment! The ideal candidate will be able to support the administrative duties of the practice and maintain excellent customer service standards to patients, clients and colleagues. Spanish or Portuguese speaking is needed. Previous dental receptionist experience is preferred and a strong education in pediatrics is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer phone, greet patients and visitors, schedule appointments and patient turnover to support the receptionists and other office staff.
• Enter appointment information into a computer as well insurance eligibility and information.
• Answer questions about the dentist's office policies.
• Provide information about the nature of dental work and benefits of good dental health to patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for dentists in the office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
