Job description
Duties for this position include:
- Answers incoming telephone calls, providing non-technical information to callers Provides efficient telecommunication services and exercises diplomacy, resourcefulness and tact. Appropriately documents call information in case management system. Takes complete notes and distributes to appropriate staff members.
- Maintains incoming fax file, placing documents in appropriate case files. Sends out final reports requested. Collects outgoing mail and distributes to appropriate locations. Gathers incoming mail and distributes to addressed staff members.
- Prepares case file labels and envelopes for daily cases.
- Assists other staff with tasks as assigned.
- Greets visitors.
Applicant must pass a background check prior to employment.
