Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service via email, phone, and in person.
  • Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention.
  • Help resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise the Office Manager of all serious complaints or incidences.
  • Assist/manage the setting of all dealer lanes for sale.
  • Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting from the Office Manager.
  • Maintain a good flow of communication with the Office Manager and office personnel.
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies and forms as necessary with the Office Manager.
  • Participate: act as a sales agent for the absentee sellers.
  • Assist with proper record keeping and follow-through on all sales promotions, and advertising.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
