We are looking for a smart, motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our administrative staff. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position will support the team by answering phones, greeting the customer, scheduling appointments and assisting the administrative staff in any way possible.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls when appropriate.
• Answer email messages when appropriate.
• Take messages for other employees.
• Transfer callers to the appropriate individuals.
• Organize files and documents.
• Order office supplies.
• Manage calendars and schedules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
