ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, and organizing all kitchen supplies. Determines supply needs and maintains stock levels accordingly. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of restaurant experience or equivalent. Food ordering experience (GFS, SYSCO, or equivalent). Grocery or small wares stocking experience of 1-2 years or equivalent inventory ordering experience.

Able to organzize large food orders up tp 150 pieces 2-3 times per week.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, over 50 pounds must use the aid of a hand truck or get assistance, and move light furniture. Standing on one's feet for a long period of time, bending and extensive walking. Ability to push and pull, climb and descend ladder to 6/8 feet or higher.
