We need experienced residential sales associate(s) skilled at converting and closing leads in all situations.

Responsibilities

  • - Host Open Houses
  • - Call & convert leads & prospects
  • - Document every call and update pipeline stages
  • - Master scripts, use the tools, and know the market
  • - Schedule showings and show homes
  • - Handle objections and provide professional advice to client
  • - Write and negotiate offers
  • - Attend the home inspection and assist with the BINSR
