As a Real Estate Agent, you will be:

- Prospecting and lead generating through various avenues (networking, phone calls, online, open houses, etc.) using proven systems and models
- Work closely with buyers and sellers on real estate transactions
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
- Earn money based on how hard and smart you work in a 100% commission based pay independent contractor position
