Responsibilities of a REAL Coach

Run brand group coaching programs, specifically for Sotheby's International Realty

Act as a 1:1 coach

Assist agents and leaders in defining a business vision, goals, and practical strategies

Offer perspectives using the coaching competencies

Maintain use of key success tools (REScoreboard)

Maintain strategic alliances with brand collaborators

Assist with promotional activities

Attend weekly REAL Coaching meeting

Participate in REAL Coaching growth session for coaches

Consistently follow the REAL Coaching Model

Conduct leadership coaching classes

Collaborate with instruction design teams
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Minimum of 4 years as a real estate professional
-
Demonstrates success in managing small and large groups (both virtually and live).

Strong communication skills
-
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite

Some travel required

Compensation Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
