Currently, we are looking for a Radical Collaboration® Certified Trainer.

This position is on-site throughout the 50 U.S. states and U.S. Territories.

Position Description:

You must be a certified instructor for Radical Collaboration®. Expertise in teaching Radical Collaboration courses is required.

The Radical Collaboration® training is a 3-day off-the-shelf, in-person training held throughout the US over a 5-year period.

You will provide onsite training at the requested location(s) throughout the 50 U.S. states and U.S. Territories. The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) will also be requesting open enrollment courses to host onsite in Shepherdstown, WV.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Department of the Interior (DOI), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) require contractor support to provide Radical Collaboration® training. The mission of the Service is to work with others to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, plants, and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. Attainment of this goal requires continual collaboration across regions, programs, bureaus, stakeholders, and partners. In an effort to increase collaboration, engagement, trust, and resilience, the Service seeks to provide the Radical Collaboration® training opportunity to programs and regions. By fostering a proactive collaborative culture and strengthening interdisciplinary teams, the Service can continue to advance the conservation mission.

BACKGROUND

The Radical Collaboration® training is a 3-day off-the-shelf, in-person training that provides a framework for creating trusting and collaborative environments while helping to transform groups into highly functioning and empowered teams.

Tenets include:

• building successful relationships
• awareness of self and colleagues
• cross-collaboration
• improved problem-solving to achieve desired results.

This training provides a model for collaboration as both a skillset and mindset.

You will be responsible for identifying and providing pre-work and training materials, such as books or worksheets.
