Join our Quality Standards team! This full-time (37.5 hours) position is responsible for providing expertise to Racker programs on state and federal regulations. Racker is overseen by five state oversight agencies and a qualified candidate will advise programs on compliance topics, systems management, and audits.

Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable of state and federal compliance requirement resources, for all Racker programs
- Involvement of researching regulatory requirements for compliance
- Support implementation of agency standards(compliance) and policies as well as regulations from various state oversight agencies
- Complete compliance audits, as assigned
- Draft audit reports in timely manner and submit to Director and Asst. Dir. of Quality Standards
- Track audits for departments
- Assist with maintaining current compliance policies and procedures for all programs in SharePoint
- Assist programs with preparation for all audits and surveys
- Assist with incident management processes
- Assist with development, training, and implementation of emergency response procedures
- Participation as QE Reviewer for select reviews
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Skills/Abilities: organizational skills; verbal/ written communication skills; team experience
- Knowledge: computer knowledge – spread sheets; data bases; learning management system; electronic health record system; payroll system;
- Physical Requirements: ability to operate standard office equipment and ability to do some lifting of up to 30#
