A Servant Leader who is responsible for administration of the complete quality function for the Company. This is a hands-on position that requires active involvement from the office to the floor for internal improvement activities and working closely with customers on APQP and product quality. This includes driving ongoing continuous improvement activities for the Company to improve operational efficiency, including internal and external quality. This role also is responsible for coordinating, prioritizing and scheduling the activities of the total quality assurance team.
Rôle et responsabilités
Acts as a Process Owner across the following RCI QMS Support Processes:
o Management of QMS Process
o Internal Auditing Process
o Layered, Process and Product Audit Processes
o Process Improvement Process o Control of Monitoring & Measuring Processes
- Ensures implementation of an effective Quality Management System
- Partners with management team to develop and administer various quality operating system plans, procedures and risk analysis.
- Partners with manufacturing team to analyze, develop, and administer product quality control procedures and processes.
- Maintains compliance with customer requirements, ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Technical Specification, ISO 14001 and other industry standards
Conducts proactive customer visits to build good long term customer relationships Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and product quality.
- Administer all activities of the department, including but not limited to: PPAPs, Layouts, Quality Lab standards and lab certifications. Quality Manager Rayconnect, Rochester Hills, MI USA Quality Department
PERMANENT CONTRACT Quality Manager, Quality ROLE
- Administer the coordination of customer concerns and brokered product issues from domestic suppliers and sister companies.
- Administer the development and maintenance of PFMEAs, Control Plans, Operation Instructions, and other Quality System Documentation.
- Administer trains, coaches, counsels, and assists subordinates in the execution of their individual responsibilities in alignment with AR Servant Leadership Pillars.
- Conducts employee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, as required.
- Establishes and maintains required department records and reports.
- Participates in administrative BOR meetings, Management Review meetings, Tiered Meetings, Strategy Meetings and attend other meetings both internal and external, as required.
- Coordinate and exchange quality best practices and lessons learned with Global AR Group companies, in alignment with Global Quality Goals, which tie to RCI’s True North direction.
- Support and uphold the A. Raymond Network Collaboration Guidelines.

Formation et expérience
- Bachelor’s degree in quality or other related field.
- Experience in leadership position with strong record of people development
- Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
- The ability to research and analyze various different type of data information.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality

- GD&T, MSA, SPC
- Strong analytical and Problem Solving Skills
