Oneida Health is currently seeking a full-time Quality Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Quality Management department. The Quality Management Assistant is responsible for performing administrative/clerical tasks in supporting the Patient Safety and Quality Management Department under the direct supervision of the Director of Patient Safety and Quality Management.

What You’ll be Great At:

• Supporting the Patient Safety and Quality Management Department in daily administrative duties; such as maintaining meeting minutes, preparing and reserving conference rooms, scheduling invites for meetings and coordinating with other departments.
• Managing and updating the electronic physician profile system as well as running reports as necessary for the department.
• Assisting and educating staff in retrieving and compiling data from the MIDAS + system.
• Managing the quality system documents to include standard operating policies and procedures, work instructions, forms and templates.
