*Have Experience*

Shifts available:

• 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
• 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am)

This position will be responsible for assisting production employees with gauges as well as completing other audits and administrative duties.

• Managing the issuance and return of gauges.
• Auditing processes for various jobs.
• Performing incoming inspections and data entry.
• Inspecting cut and etc welds.
• Completing non-conforming reports.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and equivalency preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read work instructions/other documents in English.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read/comprehend work instructions and other simple documents.
• Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness/ways to promote quality.
• Observes safety procedures.
• Maintains a good attendance.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applicantions.
• Ability to read/comprehend blueprints.
• General working knowledge on using tools such as micrometers, calipers and height gauges.

Working Conditions:

• Working indoors where temperatures could be hot/cold depending on season.
• Mandatory PPE for eyes, ears, hands and feet to prevent exposure to hazardous materials or injury.
• Maybe required to work overtime and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Standing/reaching/balancing/stretching lower extremities constantly.
• Frequent grasping, pinching and fine manipulation.
• Occasional bending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Albion, IN 46701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
