Down Right Merchandise is a four year old fast growing e-commerce and fulfillment merchandise company. Our clientele range from well known bands to local breweries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control professional to join our team. The Quality Control position will be responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet our high standards of quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in screen printing and be familiar with the production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting quality control inspections of all printed materials, including but not limited to shirts, bags, and promotional products
• Identifying and reporting any defects or errors in the printing process
• Monitoring ink colors to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Checking print placement and alignment to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Communicating with production team to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the printing process
• Maintaining accurate records of all quality control inspections and reporting any issues to management
• Assisting with other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in screen printing, with a strong understanding of the printing process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and defects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
