Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

Primecare Home Care Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality

care and services to our clients while maintaining compliance with state and federal

regulations. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing,

implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures. They will also

oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that all client and

employee records are accurately processed.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a healthcare setting.

● Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop and interpret policies and

procedures.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and communicate during

State Audits.

● Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

● Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding home care services.

● Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and database

management.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.

● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.

● Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and corrective action

plans.

● Manage external audits, including State Audits, and ensure compliance with all

requirements.

● Provide training to staff on quality assurance policies and procedures.

● Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to clients.

● Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records.

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of quality of care is

maintained.

● Participate in the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
