Morrison is seeking a Quality and Compliance Director with program administration and data support experience to join our Behavioral Health Organization!

*What will you be focused on?
The Quality and Compliance Director manages a team of quality improvement and data professionals in coordination with the VP Quality Management. The team provides quality improvement, compliance, client outcomes tracking, and technical data support to Morrison’s programs and Departments. Collaboration with State and Federal officials, preparation of all audit documents and corrective action plans, and extensive policy review and development from the dual perspectives of quality of care and compliance are key responsibilities. The position assures that quality improvement processes and activities include making recommendations for program improvements, program expansions and/or innovations, and evidence-based practices.

What will you be doing?*
- In collaboration with the VP of Quality Management, manage a team of professional staff that responds to the quality improvement and data support needs of Morrison programs and management staff.
- Manage and coordinate Morrison’s response to large, comprehensive State and Federal audits to ensure Morrison has the licenses and Certificates of Approval needed to operate behavioral health and social services.
- Maintain knowledge of the regulatory environment in Oregon, extensive audit preparation activities, document preparation, policy development and review, standards interpretation, and development of corrective action plans.
- Provide technical support and consultation to Morrison program leaders regarding standards, compliance, and policy development and policy writing.

Needed Skills and Experience*:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
- Masters’ Degree in Public Health, Human Services, MSW or Clinical Degree or comparable degree that combines human services, behavioral health, data support, policy development, and extensive audit experience.
- 8 years of directly related experience with 2 of the years in data support or program administration and 3 or more years of your experience should be in program management and direct supervisory activities.
- Includes technology skills. Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- May occasionally work outside of regularly scheduled business hours

Starting Pay Range: *(Morrison uses an equitable pay evaluation to determine starting pay, therefore pay is not negotiable)
$91,000- $97,000/year ($43.75- $46.75/hour)
