Job description

Arisa Health is currently seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider to create a mobile crisis team in Craighead County. Criteria for this position: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Behavioral Service related field.

Candidates will serve as a Mobile Crisis Team Qualified Behavioral Health Provider and must be skilled in assisting clients during a behavioral health crisis in a community setting. Candidates mus be able to work closely with individuals who are in a mental health and/or a substance abuse crisis. Candidates will respond to crisis events, triage, assessment, and de-escalation in the community setting.

Candidates must be proficient with computers, including the ability to type and have familiarity with word processing and email programs, good phone etiquette, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements include the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, and the ability to lead by example as a role model. Candidates mus have a valid drivers license.

Work hours: Full Time, Hours will vary
