Job Title: Punch Out Technician - Residential Construction

Foundation Homes Inc., a growing New Home Building company based in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking an experienced Punch Out Technician to join our team. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Complete basic new construction punch out items during and after construction
• Work on a variety of tasks daily at different locations in the Fredericksburg area
• Perform quality control checks and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of various construction trades and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
