The Holiday Inn Charlotte Airport is searching for experienced candidates for the position of breakfast cook. Responsibilities for breakfast cook

• Help PM staff if needed
• Know how to prep and fire breakfast buffet how to set up breakfast station
• Prepare hot and cold meals following company standards
• Prepare English Breakfast
• Follow standards with a high level of preparation and presentation of all productions from the kitchen
• Comply strictly with all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations in the work place
• Open up each morning preparing and organizing the station and cooking all food necessary to start serving
• Learn menus, recipes, presentation, and preparation methods
• Prepare all food needed by other kitchen departments which are best prepared by this department
• Work with all employees as a team to ensure smooth operation of food production and meal on shift changes

Qualifications for breakfast cook

• High volume cooking
• Food Handler card
• Previous breakfast restaurant experience preferred
• Experience in a high volume, fine dining kitchen strongly preferred
• Valid Food Handler certification preferred
• Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry, or otherwise move goods weighing up to 100 lbs
