Our Nursing Home unit is comprised of 40 beds with clinical and registered nursing care, and our Assisted Living unit is comprised of 50 individual apartments and 14 memory care apartments. Weekend Baylor availability!

Shift: EVERY Saturday & Sunday, 12 hour Days (6a-6p) Work 24 hours, Paid for 32!

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This is a wonderful, UNIQUE opportunity in our Assisted Living Department! CRMA Baylor's have the opportunity to work weekend shifts of 24 hours and get compensated for 32 hours! Baylor staff enjoy many perks including bonus pay for inactive hours, a $3 Weekend differential, a $2.25 Shift differential for hours worked after 2 pm, and an 8 hour Baylor bonus added to the 24 hours worked and includes full-time benefits. This is a great opportunity to earn full-time benefits and full-time pay, while only working 24 hours a week!

The CRMA is responsible for the direct support care/service on his/her shift, including med passes and the accurate and timely resident activities of daily living.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CRMA licensed in the State of Maine.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.

Benefits and Salary Information:

Pay is based upon your years of experience in health care or related field.

• $2.25/ hour Shift differential for (2p-6p) each day.
• $3.00/ hour Weekend differential in addition to Shift differentials each day.
• 8 hour Baylor bonus added to the 24 hours worked each weekend.
• $3,000 retention bonus paid quarterly for all Baylor CRMA's.
