WHAT DOES A DUAL PROPERTY GENERAL MANAGER DO?

As the Dual Property General Manager at The Hoodoo Moab, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our two properties. You are tasked with maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction by responding to guest feedback and requests in a timely and efficient manner. It is your duty to understand and develop the budget, as well as to stay within the budgeted operational costs.

You oversee the proper training of all personnel and ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for business demands. Additionally, you're responsible for following and maintaining all hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that our guests receive the quality of service they expect and deserve. Hospitality-driven, you get great satisfaction using your hotel management skills to keep our company growing and our guests smiling!
