JOB DESCRIPTION

Property Manager Assistants work closely with our Property Managers to ensure the safety and security of our homes, answer leasing calls/emails, provide marketing photos/virtual tours for our listings, and occasionally perform guided tours with tenant prospects. We provide mentorship and training to ensure your success. This job has the ability to accommodate part-time or full-time career. No real estate or property management experience necessary.

COMPENSATION
$18-$21 per hour + mileage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent Alliance PM homes to prospective applicants in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on putting the customer first
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager to positively affect leasing performance and maintenance coordination
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws pertaining to real estate or leased properties
• Check in on vacant homes, assist Property Manager with periodic property assessment in tenant occupied homes, provide high-quality listing photos/videos, and drop-off/pick-up lockboxes throughout El Paso County
• Answer phone calls, textsand emails in a courteous and professional manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• May sit or stand for several hours at a time
• Frequently climb up and down stairs and in/out of car multiple times each day
• Must travel throughout El Paso County using personally insured vehicle; will include adverse weather conditions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid customer service skills (no previous professional experience required)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn
• Strong conflict resolution skills when dealing with unhappy customers
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Computer literacy: ability to comfortably navigate new technology and a strong competency in MS Office
• Possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Must have a dedicated home office space with up-to-date computer and internet

We are a locally owned and operated Property Management Company working throughout Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas for 15+ years. We offer full-service property management, as well as tenant placement services. We believe in pouring back into our community, so with that in mind, we work closely with locally owned, small businesses for our property maintenance needs. We are a close-knit team of people who pride ourselves on our care for each other and our clients/customers.
