Town & Country Realty is currently hiring for a part-time Property Management Associate to assist with day-to-day operations pertaining to our properties in the Cary, NC area. This position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $26 per hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

This real estate position is part-time and works 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

As a part-time Property Management Associate, you are a crucial part of our realty team. Each day, you help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Organized and efficient, you complete a variety of daily activities, including processing any repair orders, leases, and rent receipts as well as showing our managed properties to prospective renters. On top of everything, you coordinate house updates and repairs to prep each home for the market. You coordinate with our vendors and promptly follow up with both vendors and owners to provide outstanding customer service to residents.

No detail gets past you as you maintain excellent curb appeal, provide proactive property maintenance, safeguard the financial health of the property, and complete all required paperwork and reports. You take great pride in keeping our single-family homes and townhomes well-maintained and highly attractive to our residents!
