Property Damage Coordinator

Full Time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
Location : Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour + Benefits. (Negotiable)

Position Summary:
The Property Damage Coordinator will work directly with clients, third parties, and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and information. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet our clients’ needs. Essential Job Functions:

• Perform data entry duties
• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
• Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
• Provide clients with updates and answer questions regarding their damages to their vehicle and/or personal items in a timely manner
• Obtain liability determination from insurance company
• Obtain declaration pages from insurance companies
• Send emails to clients, insurance companies, and within the company
• Perform additional duties as required by Property Damage Supervisor

Requirements:

• Entry level role, training provided
• Ability to speak clearly on the phone required
• Strong customer service skills
• Legal experience preferred
• Property Damage experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
• Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Team-oriented
