• The Project Manager (PM) manages, plans, and coordinates activities of SDLC projects
• The PM reviews project proposals or plans to determine schedule, funding/budget limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects and associated tasks, establishing staffing requirements, and staff allocations of available resources to various phases of projects
• The Project Manager establishes work plans and coordinates staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for project personnel recruitment or assignment
• The Project Manager identifies functional or cross-functional requirements and resources required for each task

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills are essential
• Must possess a current PMP certification and a SAFE certification
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional and technical experience with at least three (3) years as a manager responsible for overseeing complex analytics projects and programs delivery
• Must be an expert in managing schedules, budgets, reporting progress, variations, and remediation to stakeholders
• Must have experience managing complex data analytics programs requiring highly technical resources, including a proven track record of the ability to recruit, hire, lead, and retain team personnel with the qualifications essential to the performance of this SOW
• Must have experience managing projects with Oracle DB, AWS architecture, and Marketplace systems and solutions.
