- Our Outsourcing Service can manage projects or an entire PMO for organizations.
About the Project Manager role at TenStep:
TenStep Inc. is actively looking for experienced and highly skilled Project Managers to join our team for future contract and project opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in project management, as well as the ability to work in a self-directed, proactive, and flexible manner.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using best-in-class project management methodologies and tools, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop and implement issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate project status, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that project changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to all relevant parties.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that the outcomes are properly documented and acted upon.
Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and to capture best practices and lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in one or more industries including biotech, pharma, finance, automotive and more.
PMI certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile.
Proficiency in use of cutting edge project management systems, tools and techniques.
