GARNEY CONSTRUCTIONAs a Project Manager in Kingsport, TN with Garney Construction, you will be able to apply your previous project management experience in the water and waste-water construction industry to make a difference with a company that believes in Building Sustainable Futures with the world's most precious resources - water and people. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections.
Managing job site supervisory personnel.
Planning and scheduling the project.
Developing and maintaining owner relations.
Negotiating and purchasing materials.
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
Managing project costs.
Overseeing labor projections.
Contract negotiation and administration. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
