About the Project Manager:

As the Project Manager, you will manage large, complex cross-functional projects for the organization from start to finish. These projects will frequently have a process improvement component, technology selection or implementation component, and require organization-wide communication and information flow. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management to include planning, estimating & aligning resources, coordinating tasks and capacity planning, identifying process improvements, conducting meetings, and aiding the company in successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, while meeting company goals with a high level of satisfaction.

Additional Duties Include:

• Manage large, complex organizational projects to achieve key business objectives from start to finish. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegate and track tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop & deliver progress reports and logs.
• Define project scope, goals requirement definitions and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Develop and deliver presentations to Steering Committees.
• Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Work with stakeholders/team on project process improvements regarding project planning, execution and/or reporting.
