As a Project Management Coordinator II, you will perform a variety of functions in providing proactive administrative and technical support to the Space Destinations Team.

You will also provide proactive support at the Director level and will actively contribute to the creation and execution of various projects and goals. You'll model high standards for the technical administration team and ensure overall adherence to corporate standards and business processes throughout the execution of daily support tasks. You'll submit expense reports and purchase requisitions and work closely with the technical engineering and administration team to ensure program and personnel needs are met. You'll initiate and track various applications, process and verify data from multiple sources, and utilize numerous IT platforms in your daily tasks.
Must-haves:
  • Bachelors degree and typically three (3) or more years of relevant work experience; higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel
  • Must have experience with maintaining a secured facility, or working in a military or Department of Defense environment
  • Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and have experience in the creation and execution of projects and goals
Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with JTR and FCG
  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
