We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Technology and Project Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational innovation, possess strong leadership, project management, and technological skills, and have a curious nature with a penchant for tinkering with technology. The successful candidate will be someone who can jump into any situation, loves working with boys, and thrives on competition.

Technology and Project Leader Role:

• Collaborate with educators and school administrators to design, develop, and implement a project-based curriculum that integrates technology, hands-on projects, and teamwork.
• Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various projects, ensuring they align with the school's vision, objectives, and educational standards.
• Team facilitation: Foster a collaborative environment for students, encouraging teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students throughout the projects, helping them develop technical skills, leadership abilities, and confidence.
• Resource allocation: Ensure the availability and proper use of necessary tools, equipment, and resources for the successful completion of projects.
• Performance evaluation: Assess student performance and progress throughout the projects, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to help students achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Practicing Christian actively involved in his or her Church community.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (not necessarily in education), preferably in project-based learning and/or technology integration.
• Strong knowledge of current educational technology trends, tools, and resources.
• Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background.
• Software development experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of completing personal projects (e.g. link to GitHub or personal portfolio).
• Excellent project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
