PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
All applicants welcome. An individual with a background in home improvement or sales is a plus. We are looking for a motivated individual who will “hit the ground running” and start making money immediately. You must have the confidence to walk homeowners through the process of determining their needs, offering options for them to choose from, measuring jobs, and closing the deal.
Professionalism, follow up, and follow through are the keys to success in our business—not a slick sales presentation. We will provide the finest sales training for the remodeling industry. Some evening or Saturday appointments will be required.

ABOUT YOUR MANAGER:
You will be working directly with our Sales Manager, an established professional committed to your success. He is not a micromanager; he expects that you work independently but is always available to provide support or help close a sale when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Able to take measurements, estimate jobs.
- Able to lift and climb 60 pound ladders.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Verifiable references.
- Excellent computer skills – MS Office, Email, etc.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM or estimating tools preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Perform a needs based assessment with homeowners.
- Perform an inspection of exterior and interior of property.
- Put together estimates based on customer needs
- Meet with homeowners to review findings and present solutions
- Maintain system of sales procedures and closing skills
- Properly manage expectations of homeowners
- Maintain standards of performance (Revenue, Profit Margins, Closing %, Customer Satisfaction
- Creating lifelong clients who will return to us for future work and refer us
- Creating Raving Fans
COMPENSATION:
Salary plus commission to start. Each salesman has a “draw” or “goal mark” to hit to account for their base salary. After that amount is reached, commission is earned on each job you sell. You’re expected to earn 44k-100k during your 1st year.
