NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Project Assistant for an excellent window and door manufacturer in Eugene, OR. As a commercial project assistant you will be providing administrative support to the sales department and within the Project Assistant team in the areas of order entry, order processing, order revisions and other administrative duties. This position is high paced and requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to stay on task and follow through.

What we are seeking:

• A minimum of one year experience in an office environment
• Order entry and/or order processing experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel spreadsheets
• A cooperative attitude and the ability to work and function effectively as a team player
• Must be able to handle constant change of priorities and work under pressure, ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
• Must be able to effectively make decisions, possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to grasp and understand technical details
• A great attitude, work ethic, attendance and punctuality.

• Days: Monday -Friday
• Hours: 8AM to 4:30PM
• Pay: $16/h to $17.50/h DOE
