The Program Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of our supporting living operations in Monticello. The Supervisor will serve as a role model to staff and individuals served, be able to handle staff issues, be knowledgeable of and able assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, schedule activities and appointments for individuals receiving services, maintain ongoing communication with those served as well as internal and external parties, and work collaboratively with the Program Coordinator to ensure appropriate support to those served (full job description available through HR). This position requires direct care and administrative work with on-call responsibilities.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving skills, a can do attitude, and positive professional references. Experience working with Intellectually Developmentally Disabled individuals preferred.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver license and dependable transportation, clean background checks, good driving record, and positive references.
