$1500.00 sign on bonus

Seeking a dynamic individual that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for our Individual and Community Supports program with primary concern for health and safety of individuals or families being served, fiscal responsibility, staff training and development, compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing and contracts to ensure quality program and service delivery, sound fiscal administration, ongoing supervision and training of staff, safety and security, facility management, business and community relations and resource development. This program provides in-home support and community integration for individuals living with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications –

Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred, in Social Work, Human Services or related discipline and/or Minimum three years’ experience working with families and individuals with special needs, with at least one-year supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.

· Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision and recruitment as well as retention of qualified personnel.

· Experience in community outreach and program oversight.

· Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer software applications.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and access to an automobile.

· Acceptable CORI and background fingerprint check required.
