Community Care is hiring a Program Supervisor to join our Partnership Program team. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration, community case management, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a full-time opportunity at our Racine, WI facility.

Program Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a consultant to IDTS for member specific issues as needed. Provides direction or training to ensure proper response for member health and safety and mitigates potential risk.
- Assigns and monitors workloads and/or caseloads of direct reports. Adjusts staff schedules and assignments as needed to ensure continuity of customer service. Assists in the development and review of organizational staffing patterns and position descriptions for assigned staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Healthcare related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in human services delivery with at least one year working with the target population served by the assigned program operations being supervised Preferred: 1 + years of supervisory experience.
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00AM – 4:30PM
